SCHOOL BREAKFAST AND LUNCH INFORMATION FOR 2012-2013

This year we will be serving breakfast at 7:30 a.m. every morning. The price will be $1.15.
Daily lunch prices for the 2012-2013 school year are as follows:
Student lunch with milk $1.90Prepaid Lunches (20 lunches) $38.00
Applications for free/ reduced lunches for 2012-2013 will be sent home during the summer. Parents will be notified as to eligibility. All who feel they qualify must fill out an application for the 2012-2013 school year. If you do not receive an application in the mail, forms will be available in the school office starting August 13, 2012 or at the District Office.
PURCHASING PREPAID LUNCH TICKETS
Prepaid lunches are available for purchase in person at Blandford School, or by mailing a check to Rowland Unified School District, Food Services Dept., 1830 Nogales Street, Rowland Heights, CA 91748. Please make your check payable to R.U.S.D and make sure that your child’s name and room number are on your check. This service is available now, and throughout the school year. Parents may also create an account online for their child as well. You can go to www.MyNutriKids.com. You will need your child’s 10 digit ID number to be able to set up an account for them. You can obtain your child’s ID number from the school office. A transaction fee of $1.75 is applied to all transactions done on the internet.
If you purchase prepaid lunches, the money will go into an account for your child. The money will be available to your child either that day, or the next school day. The cafeteria manager will send a note with your child updating you on their account when it gets low. At this time you will need to purchase additional lunches.
LEFTOVER LUNCH MONEY FROM LAST YEAR
If you had left over money from last year in your child’s account, it will remain in their account for your child to continue using this year.
