Absence Reporting

  HOW TO REPORT AN ABSENCE:

When reporting an absence, include the following information:

• Child’s first and last name
• Teacher’s Name
• Room Number
• Reason for Absence: Be specific. (ie fever, vomit, out of town, etc)
• Your name and relationship to child
•  Phone number

 

For example:

• Mary Lee (M-A-R-Y L-E-E)
• Descallar
• Room 42
• Fever
• John Lee, Father
• 626-123-4567

 

IMPORTANT!

 Absences must be reported DAILY

If you are leaving a note for a teacher, a copy must be sent to the office.

(Please do NOT call the teacher’s voicemail to report an absence for your child.)
